How I Hold This Work
If you are here, something within you may be asking for change — for deeper healing, steadiness, or a return to yourself. This is a path we can walk hand-in-hand as you find your way through the darkness and back into the light.
How We Walk Together
My journey into this work began through my own lived experience of trauma and chronic pain. For much of my life, I searched for safety within my body and clarity within my mind. Healing was not linear, and it was not about being “fixed.” It was about remembering—remembering that I was never broken, only disconnected at times from my own strength, wisdom, and inner resources.
This is how I hold the people I work with.
I do not see you as powerless. I do not see you as something to repair. I see you as whole — even if parts of you feel fragmented, overwhelmed, or tired. My role is not to rescue you, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with the intelligence of your body, the insight of your mind, the depth of your emotions, and the steadiness of your spirit.

My Experience & Specializations
Alongside my lived experience, I am an MPCC-Provisional Counsellor registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). I am a trauma-informed Counsellor, Coach, and Preparation & Integration Guide with over seven years of study and professional experience in psychology. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and inner child re-parenting practices through a trauma-informed and cycle-informed lens.
I specialize in somatic exploration and integration. Together, we gently explore the patterns held in the body, the stories held in the mind, and the protective parts that have worked hard to keep you safe. We work with seven embodiment and integration tools that help you access the point of control that has always been yours — the place within you that can choose, respond, and realign.
Working with me is not about quick transformation. It is about sustainable remembering. It is about nervous system regulation, emotional processing, rebuilding self-trust, and creating change that feels embodied and lasting.
In my practice, I integrate cycle-informed care as an invitation to honor your natural rhythms, supporting deeper self-awareness, balance, and embodied wholeness. I also specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic pain, offering both professional training and lived understanding.
I have completed my third year of Reiki Mastership, am a sanctioned Pachakuti Mesa (PMT) holder, and maintain a grounded connection to ancestral and spiritual frameworks. For over nine years, I have been devoted to Rewilding and Mystery School work and have facilitated Full Moon circles for women, creating spaces for reflection, embodiment, and community.
Plant Spirit Medicine: Before, During & Aftercare
For over thirteen years, I have worked in relationship with plant spirit medicine and am deeply committed to ethical preparation and integration support.
It is important to state clearly: I do not administer, serve, or provide plant medicine.
My role is not to lead you to an experience, but to help you prepare for it consciously and integrate it responsibly. I support you in developing the internal tools that guide you before, during, and after your journey — including intention setting, nervous system preparation, psychological readiness, embodiment practices, and grounded integration.
Medicine may open a door. The real work is how you walk through it and how you return.
I help you build the awareness, stability, and self-leadership necessary to integrate insight into lived change. This work is about sovereignty — ensuring that any wisdom gained becomes embodied, sustainable, and aligned with your everyday life.
